So basically I'm an evening person. I always go to bed around 12. I get up around 8AM.
I've landed myself a new job. I'll be doing one week of early shifts (start at 6AM) and one week of late shifts (start 2PM).
I'm unfamilliar with getting up around 4:30. It's still night for me, not morning.
How do people working in shifts rotate their biological clock every week?
