College student. can’t get a job and i don’t know what i’ve been doing wrong

So i’m a college student and i’ve been trying to get a job for the past 2 years. I’m not looking for anything that requires crazy skill, just fast food or retail or customer service but i can’t seem to get anything!

I’ve reviewed and re-written my resume several times, even gotten people (that are qualified) to look at it for me and they see no issues but for some reason i just can’t seem to get hired and EVERYBODY around me seems to have a job. Most times i don’t even get to the interview stage, but when i do, i’m never called back, even though i practice interview answers and questions. Is there something i’m missing? because i have no idea what to do anymore.
