Should I wait it out?

I started a job in mid-October. It is a startup for a political communications firm.

From the beginning, I told them I didn't know how to use the programs they needed. They had this knowledge. Now fast forward to now, I got my one month review and they're complaining that I don't know how to do things quick enough with the program they use. It's only been a month and I am still learning. Not even 90 days. On top of that, on the list of duties for the job they had no graphic design skills a requirement. I have experience in graphic design so they discovered this, now I am the only one in the office who creates the graphics (cause nobody else knows Photoshop) yet they always complain about the quality or how long it takes even though they didn't list expectations.
The icing on the cake was during my review they told me I should only do work-related things at work, I said ok. Then they said they checked my magazine's twitter (my side job is I run a digital magazine) and said I was tweeting during work hours. It blew my mind cause I actually have a social media team that runs the socials you can look on the website! when I said it wasn't me, they were adamant it was even though my magazine is very popular online so I have to have people to run it cause I am busy. Now they want to meet December 6th to talk about progress and if it will be a good fit. Not even 90 days so they aren't even giving me much time
I am one of two minorities in the office.
