I joined an extremely well known organisation and the company relocated from Asia to EU. I had a 6 months probation period which I was aware of but on the 3rd month itself I was let go and the reason that they stated were, "your skills are not a good fit for this role" even though I had documented evidence of my success in delivering multiple projects. The HR didn't pay any heed to them nor did my manager.
The work environment was extremely toxic and micromanagement was at its peak. Co-workers abused each other on the internal chat and everyone was busy in throwing each other under the bus. I had thought of somehow surving a year to put it on my resume but they put me out of that misery in 3 months. However, they put me on a notice period for 3 months but I don't have to work or come to office which I don't understand why.
Even though I'm happy that I'm out of there, I'm now worried about spinning it in my next interviews about being let go. I'd like to know how people who were let go during probation explain the situation at the previous company & if they were successful or not.
