How long can I take to decide after receiving a job offer?

I received a job offer today but I have another job interview lined up and I really want to explore that option.

I told the recruiter about the other interview, but the recruiter wants my answer tomorrow (1 day after giving me the offer).

How long can I take to make a decision? What should I tell the recruiter?
