Red flag to say I can start right away?

Long story short- my current position is horrible. I absolutely hate it- it's really affecting my mental, physical health and relationships etc. Im trying to hold out until I get something else- but not sure if I can.

Anyway- thinking about quitting effective immediately.

Have some promising interviews lined up- but telling them im still employed (currently true) Is it a red flag to say I can start right away? Im thinking i wont be able to give a 2 weeks notice- but cant afford 2 weeks without pay.
