Personal Banker

Currently I’m a teller and a bank, and I enjoy it, although the bank i’m at is very outdated technology, and i’m excited to go to a different bank. But long story short, I’m really not a school person, Currently i’m just trying to get a basic associate degrees, so basically just GenEd classes, but not sure if I even want to do that. Guess i’m looking for advice on becoming a personal banker, I enjoy talking to people, I can sell stuff, Whats your guys advice on it, Pay? Stable? Any moving up from there with or without a degree , Basic or specific degree. Any info is greatly appreciated!
