Work environment is making me stressed

Hello,

I am looking for advice on what to do. My work environment is making me feel low about myself!

I have recently been pulled out for taking "long" breaks when it is the break time I am entitled too. A staff member has lied and said I am not doing any work and I am on my phone all day!. This is a staff member who enjoys talking about other people. They don't like that I don't stay back late even though I stay back about 10-30mins. I have even been told by another manager that people are watching me and to make sure I take short breaks. I feel there is a toxic culture that is being encouraged and it's making me feel like a caged animal!!!
