How can I appropriately word my goals in an interview?

Some background: I've been working with vocational rehab, so I need to work one job for a year before they can help me move on to something I really want to do. I'm having my first interview next Tuesday, and I have no prior experience

I've been thinking about if the interviewer asks the common "what are your goals?", and I have some vague ideas but I'm having trouble making it cohesive/ sound decent.

My ideas: something to do with working one job for a year (or longer), wanting to be more involved in my community, and/or making friends or meeting people
