What is a better job/career? Insurance agent or working for a big tech company?

I don’t want to get into deets but after a lot of searching and a lot of let downs I was offered a job with a major insurance company( just have to get my license) and a position for customer service with a major tech company.

I feel like they all have pros and cons but I’m honestly excited about either. Insurance is a little bit more money in theory but the other company offers room for growth. Insurance company is more difficult to get into, I need my license and it’s a small office. However the other company has over 500 employees but that usually brings a lot of turnover. I work well with others or by myself so I guess it doesn’t really matter to me.

Can anyone give any insight if you’ve worked one or both of these jobs?
