I was taking a customers fingerprints at work today, out of nowhere the boss/owner of the store started hovering behind me and told the customer that I didn't take her fingerprints correctly. So she butts in and starts doing the work for me. I ask her what she wants me to do, and I find out she did this because SHE couldn't help a customer print something off their phone. I've been doing fingerprints all summer and have only had 1 person get their prints rejected, and the way my boss just casually made me look bad in front of a customer has irked me nearly as much as the owners always scheduling me on Saturdays during 3 day weekends for every other employee, including the new guy.
