I just graduated college and I don't really know what to do?

I'm on 4 different job search websites and I havent gotten an interview. Where do people go to find jobs? How do I know whats available? I cant even fill out many of the jobs I look for because they are marked as entry level but require references from previous related jobs I've had? I wasnt even able to get an internship in college and career services was no help. What do people do to find jobs? Is there a special process I'm unaware of?
