How long should I wait to follow-up again?

I applied for a job at a local college about two weeks ago, then called the HR office last Friday to follow-up and ask if they had started interviews yet. They stated they haven't yet, but they should be starting soon. How long would be an appropriate amount of time to call and follow-up again? Or is it a good idea?
