Offered an interview for a different job

I applied for X and was offered an interview for Y (both engineering roles). Is this an indication that they feel I'd be a good candidate for Y, or is it more likely a high turnover job that they're simply having trouble filling?

It's not my dream position, but still one with good opportunity for professional growth.
