Is a lack of an answer a negative answer or should I wait more?

Hi, i don't know if this is the right spot to post this, if it's not then I'm sorry. As the title says I'm in a weird spot.

The 14th of June I sent the application to the company of my dreams, receiving an answer on the 26th of June asking me to make a test to assess my skills.

I had 10 days to send my test and on the 8th day I did so. This was the 4th of July.

Today is the 22nd of July and I'm still waiting for an answer, should I take the lack of it as a negative answer?

Or it's normal if they are taking so long to answer?

To give you an idea they are international and have four studios, so they are pretty big. I thought that given their size they might be quicker.
