Injured before starting new job, what will happen?

Hey guys,

I just got the news that i'm hired for a new part-time job. However I got injured last weekend, brain injury, concussion, I don't think I should be working within 4 weeks to prevent a second concussion, and to heal my brain. I'm not able to do basic tasks right now, like going to the gym, or even shopping without feeling extremely dizzy, because my cognitive functions are all messed up.

I have not told the HR manager this, just wondering what usually happens in this situation, am I fired? I'm hoping I can heal up before Wednesday next week, but it seems dangerous starting so soon.
