I know this the title makes it sound weird, but basically I applied for a position through a recruiter I've been working with for the last 6 months. I got an interview for Company Q, but during it I really felt like this wasn't the opportunity for me. It was basically a customer service role where I answer emails all day. I've been doing temporary jobs since August after graduating and most of them have been excel or admin based because I want to build up my resume. I didn't think Company Q would actually offer a position, but they did. My recruiter asked me if I was going to accept it, but I waited a day before telling her that I would like to decline it. She responded back very quickly and said I can't decline it because I didn't think about it enough. She asked me why I didnt like it, and I gave her my reasons and said no again to the job offer. She told me I didn't know what I was doing and would email me back in 2 days for my final decision. I once again said no two days later, but I am a very passive person and struggle with saying no. She emailed me again saying that couldn't be my final answer. I ended up giving up because I was very uncomfortable and afraid she wouldn't give me more opportunities if I said no. I ended up saying something along the lines of "I don't want to do this job, but I will". She accepted that answer and now I'm set to start in early May. She also implied that if I didn't accept, she would have stopped sending me potential jobs. I am absolutely dreading this situation and I'm very stressed out about it because I feel like I don't have any options.
Is there anything I can do to get out of this? I know this seems ridiculous but I don't know what to do! Any advice will be helpful. Thank you.
