So I started a new job in January and was just let go last Friday. 3 of us were hired in January together. Me and one other in the same job title and then another guy in a different department. The other 2 were let go a month ago and then me on Friday. I was told it just wasn't a good fit. Needless to say it's been a confusing few days for me. I don't know if they were trying to hit some sort of quota or what but it was shocking to me nonetheless.
Now this job was in an industry that was new to me but the type of role was just like the rest on my resume. Focused around Sales/business development/account management/lead generation/relationship building. I was learning on the fly but i was seeing results pretty quickly and even had some achievements in the short time I was there. One being I set the company record for highest payout from a client per sale on a certain product type. (clients had products they wanted to sell, they paid us $xxx.xx per sale we were able to create for them. We created sales by getting affiliates with blogs, media buyers etc to send clicks, views, etc to their website/product. We paid that affiliate $xxx.xx as well for the conversion and we kept the profit.)
Prior to this I was unemployed for 3 months after being laid off my last job in September 2018 after 25 months in that role. The company restructured the division I worked in and they chose to proceed with layoffs based on tenure.
So I dont know if I should leave it off my resume or put it on??? If I was just training for those months and had no accomplishments I would obviously just leave it off but I am debating what to do...
