I went into a restaurant the other day, talked to the manager, and he gave me the restaurant card and said to call back this week. I don’t know how to go about it.

Hey r/jobs. I’m a 16 year old who has been searching for a job for a few months now, and i’ve finally actually gotten somewhere with a location. Tbh my social skills are not top notch and i’ve always been kind of introverted, but i really need to get a job because my parents aren’t paying for my phone bill anymore and i’m running on my savings from a paper delivery job when i was 13. So I was wondering how i should go about calling the restaurant. Is there a specific time that’s good usually ( the hours today are 4:30-8:30 pm)? What if it isn’t the manager who picks up? it probably won’t be. is there anything i should type down on my laptop to help my introverted ass when talking with the manager (a lot of the time when someone asks me something i don’t know what to say, or i fumble with my words)? ahh i’m so stoked that finally something happened but i’m way more nervous. Any advice would be appreciated.
