So this is my first office job. I'm pretty good at what I do all the managers and coworkers love me, but i think after 4 months of being wrapped up in thinking I was so lucky to land a job with a great environment, I now may be seeing the truth.

I cover reception for the lunch break but she always comes back 5-15 mins late and she eats in the lunch room. (Shes been working there for 7 years or so)

The receptionist also asks if I can cover her every week around 10:30 for her to go to the bank, and its not even company banking its her own finances. Every goddamn week. She takes 30 mins to an hour and still takes her full lunch.

They hired a manager's ( working there 8 or so years) niece and shes been there about a month or so and didnt even train her on everything. When I started they pushed me into everything in the first week! The niece does two tasks that only take 3 or 4 hours!
Im so annoyed with all this. I want to take a week off so they can suffer without me cus the other person isnt trained fully when she should be. Im upset that I feel used by reception as well.
