Does anyone else struggle with being indecisive about accepting a job?

I've been on riding around on the job struggle bus for about nine months since I was laid off. I've had a couple of lousy jobs in the meantime, with one being sitting at a desk for 12 hours a day literally doing nothing, and the other was loading bags on to planes.

I have an offer that I've accepted (tentatively) for a job that has the potential to be really good, but I'm afraid I'm walking into another job that isn't what I really want to be doing and something I'm going to not like.

Does anyone else struggle with this? And is it wrong to decide after a week there that I don't like it if that's the case?
