What to do next after sending follow up email after job application?

hello!

When I applied for a job, the instructions were to send it to an HR email. I've sent a follow up email to a person listed to contact for further enquiries regarding the position so I retierated my interest and also asked a question. She's replied but they don't seem interested, she only replied to the enquiry I had then signed off. '

But is it a bad sign that I reached out and she didn't advised of next step/show interest and only addressed my question and that's it?

Struggling to think what I should put in my reply email because I want them to strongly consider me or give me a chance at an interview/catchup. Should I straight up ask about scheduling a time to meet or would that be too pushy?
