Jobs/businesses resistant to automation?

So Im currently employed in a manufacturing job that requires no real skill set, and I can see how easily it would be to automate or atleast partially automate(cut staffing in half) this job within probably 10-15 years if not sooner.

I have a wife and small child to support and this is basically the only job around that can support our lifestyle without significant changes.

What kind of jobs/services do you guys see being valuable to companies who are going to end up inevitably automating their workforce?
