About Taleo status updates

Hi all!

Is there any significance to the “Properties” section more specifically the “Last Access to the Referrals List” and “Last Access to the Submissions List”. The Referrals list date keeps changing for an application I submitted, I was just curious.

If there is some significance, could someone enlighten me as to what it is? Thanks in advance!
