Invited to Summer Internship Interview. Selected time but no reply yet. Should I follow-up or not?

Last Thursday night (January 26), I got an email saying I was invited for an interview for a summer internship. I was told to select 3 available times from February 6. I sent my reply last Friday morning but have yet to receive a reply or any confirmation.

As I was told my to select a time latest by January 30 (tomorrow), would you suggest sending a followup email, in case my email was lot? Or would it come off as too pushy.

Maybe I am just being paranoid. Thank you.
