Advice/information on looking for jobs in my area

Hello Reddit,

I'm a recent college grad, who graduated in December of last year. I began my job search in November of last year as well, only having success with low pay hourly jobs or jobs in the sales field. I've been applying through different job sites (indeed, Monster, Zippia) but it seems that all I get are offers from not so good looking positions.

My degree is in Business Administration and I'm looking for jobs in the Raleigh/Triangle Area in North Carolina. I wouldn't mind sharing my resume in PMs.

In general I'm just looking for a decent income in HR or administration, and i just feel like I'm having no luck at all.

Please help a poor guy out with some resources, advice, or anything at all.
