It's a story, that can be found many times. Well here's mine. Before moving to a software company's team environment, I applied for some positions. Company A rushed the possess and gave me an offer just 3 days after the 2 rounds interview. So I signed since Company B had 5 rounds of interview and I was at 3rd. Now the interview stages completed and Company's B recruiter told me, we are very satisfied with you and your skillet, and we will send you our official offer on Monday - Wednesday (it is going to be the 2nd day with A). My fears are two. How I am supposed to handle it? Telling them the real reason, or just that I am quitting for personal purposes. And the second is that's despite the fact I am going to sign the B, I cannot imagine what is going to happen if they tell me "OK you signed but, we changed our mind(,.... Same behaviour like me to the Company A actually), and lose both jobs. Just for the reference, company B, is going to offer 2 days work for home, flexible hours and better remuneration package, and what's more, I saw a really happy environment in their workplace.
