I’m thinking of giving my resignation and I’ve had a few colleagues, that were in similar mgmt positions as me, who have done the same that have said the company has told them they will never be eligible for rehire in the future even if they have cooperated and have given the standard two week notice. Is that normal for companies to do with management staff? Should I even bother with giving a two week notice if I know I won’t ever be eligible for rehire in the future?
