Interviewing with a young start up that helps non-profits with marketing/organization/data stuff. I'll be doing communications/copywriting for them. Entry-level. I've done a:
1) Phone screen with contracted consultant who asked me basic questions.
2) And a Zoom interview with the director I'd be reporting to. He was kind of nervous and just weird, so the interview was basic, but he also asked normal questions.
Now, next is a Zoom panel interview with the Associate Director under a certain branch of the company (though not mine) and a Senior Advisor for the overall company. If I pass this one, I'll have a final interview with the founder of the company.
First, why do you think they selected these two ladies if they have nothing to do with my department (I presume)? What do you project they will ask?
Secondly, at the end of the interview, what are some good questions do you think would be good to ask? I've already asked my "what's this job like day-to-day" stuff.
