UPS Customer Service Associate [First Job]

Hi, I recently applied for a job at a privately owned UPS retailer store. And I’m starting training on Monday. I wanted to see what the work is like and if anyone has worked there before and wants to share past experiences or how it all works. The main duties I’m aware of are ringing people up, weighing packages , sizing packages, and completing their order. Thanks to all that can help me with my question. It is my first job and I’m pretty nervous since I’m not a very outgoing or social person. But have to make the choice of getting a job. Thanks in advance all.
