Is this job listing a scam? (My first job)

Hey everyone.

I was looking for a job and after sending my CV for multiple companies and businesses, I finally got an email saying I was preselected and they asked me some stuff to decide if they would employ me or not.

I will post the job listing below and the message they sent me. (the website is legit and widely known. And the messaged I received was through that website, it has an integrated messaging system). I'm scared I'm falling into some type of scam, so please help me out here. I'm a bit desperate for a job and this is the first time someone shows interest in me for over 3 months.

Job listing:

"Salary 900€ - 1 000€ per month

Now this is the message I received through their messaging system.

Maria is the recruiter, not her real name, I changed it.

"Hello, (my name which I removed)!

Thank you for your application.

I´m Maria your recruiter specialist and your cv has been pre-selected :) our projects are for the following brands Nintendo, Facebook, Microsoft and Insulet.

In order for us to proceed with the selection process we need you to confirm the following:

-> English C1/C2 written and spoken

-> Available to work from Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts) from 8am to 9pm?

-> High School completed with diploma (12º ano)

-> Available to start in March 2021;

-> PC Windows and Internet connection with cable (to do remote work)

-> Have you ever work or apply for Teleperformance Portugal?

Please answer these questions so that we can consider your application.

This seems pretty suspicious. I wanna hear your thoughts on this.
