Did I just mess up my dream job

So I applied for a supply chain job for a distributor in the field that my passions align.

Killed the first interview, filled out the online assessment they sent me. Where I messed up, in the directions in the email the HR Manager instructed to "reply all" when responding.....in which I didn't.

So in a panic I forwarded my reposnse to the person cc'd on the email..2 days after I realized the mistake. Now I'm freaking out, which normally I wouldn't but given the industry I realllllly want this gig.

Did I screw up my potential dream job? Or is a slight mishap like this permissable? Anyone taking the time to even respond I appreciate it.
