A job I applied for keeps being reposted on job search sites?

I had applied for a position with a company and had gotten very far into the interview process, but ultimately they told me they were going with other candidates. However, I keep seeing the position being reposted on LinkedIn. Would it be inappropriate to reapply after I had already been turned down for the position? I’m not really sure of the etiquette here.
