I was offered an entry-level business data analyst through a contract for the government. The recruiter said that the salary is $19.81 hourly with $4 hourly health and benefits welfare. Is this reasonable? Should I negotiate for health insurance? He said salary is non-negotiable.
I don't have relevant experience, so I am not sure if this is reasonable for an entry-level position. Especially since this position offers $4 hourly health and benefits welfare instead of healthcare coverage, which I am not familiar with. For now, I am working remotely at WA state during Covid.
