Reneging an accepted offer advice

Here’s my current situation: I was a contracted worker making $49k with no benefits with Company A

Company A (Michigan) - offered me a job for $70k + good benefits. Been here almost 2 years before this promotion was offered to me. Pretty stressful as I have to manage inventory for multiple 24/7 assembly lines, but there are good opportunities if I stick around. I do feel overwhelmed quite often and my manager is not very helpful. Likes to delegate tasks to us and demand an answer without ever assisting. We had a new person join the team, so a lot of my time recently has been training them while trying to manage all of my stuff too. Manager has been no help at all. I accepted the offer 11/2 and I would begin as a salaried employee 11/16 but I am having serious second thoughts. Background check is still pending so if I back out, I need to do it ASAP so I can look like not as big of an asshole.

Company B (Michigan) - offer was $53k + benefits. I have a few friends that work here and like it and said I would probably enjoy working there too. This is a logistics/transportation role which I don’t have experience in but I would like some to add to my skill set. The people who interviewed me told me this role is not nearly as stressful as handling an assembly line, which sounds like a breath of fresh air at the moment. Work from home is allowed for the remainder of the year plus early next year, and then the office I would work in is brand new and looks pretty nice.

Company C (California) - offer was $95k + benefits but I would have to move away from my friends and family within 3 months of accepting. It’s with a good company but this would be another 24/7 inventory management role for another assembly line. I have experience doing this with my current company, so Company C really wants me to join, but I am not sure if I want to continue getting calls around the clock that we do not have material to build. I don’t want to pay $3k a month for an apartment in CA either but I could make it work with the salary.

Any advice on what I should do? I keep changing my mind. One second, Company A isn’t so bad and I feel I can handle the stressful workload. Then I head home on a Friday and have a panic attack about the incoming shit storm of inventory and quality issues I’ll have to face within the next few weeks. Company B is still a bump in pay and I would get benefits, but it’s a significant pay cut from what I already have accepted from Company A. Company C pays the most but that’s because living in CA costs so damn much and it would be (I assume) another stressful 24/7 assembly line role.
