Place I interviewed at on Friday said it would be 2 weeks max before I get a response. Is it reasonable to think if I don't get anything this week then I wasn't selected?

I'm guessing their top choice would get an offer this week and the only way I could get an offer the second week is if the first person rejects (need enough time to hear back from first offered)
