How do I interview the same week I start a new job?

Got scheduled for an interview during the same week I start my new job. Advice on how to approach this? Obviously this company I’m interviewing for does not know I’ll be starting this new job. It’s for a position I’m more interested in so I’m wondering how to best approach this.
