Possible Finance Jobs For A 15/16 Year-Old?

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if there is any chance at all that I would be able to work at some kind of financial institution or find a job in the finance sector as a 15/16 year-old. I love investing and finance but I'm not particularly good with people (I can have good 1 on 1 conversations if I have time for an actual conversation, but it's hard for me to have short conversations with people, which is what I would he doing working in a drive-thru or as a waiter). Is it possible that I could snag a job in the finance industry by either finding a job right off the bat or offering to work for free for a while to show possible employers that I can do the work?
