Great company but hate the job?

Is it worth staying in a job you really dislike because it is a good company?

I have been with a pretty prestigious financial company for 10 months closing commercial loans. The job is tedious, tiring, and most of the things that I find unpleasant. It gives me anxiety to the point where it affects my sleep and well being.

Is it worth staying? They said at the beginning, I can’t switch positions within the company unless I do two years at this position. I just feel like I can’t stand another six months even, because mentally it kills me. So hard to decide what to do.
