Don’t know what the next step is.

I’m not happy at the moment and feel like I’m wasting my life honestly.

I’m 23. I graduated college in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. I enjoyed it, enjoyed my classes. Throughout high school, college, and including now I’ve been working full time management jobs at restaurants. It’s been a decent flow of money, so I just did that throughout college when realistically I should’ve been interning for something relating to my major.

But now I feel lost. I have almost $40k in debt and don’t even have a job in my major and feel like I’ve lost my opportunity since I graduated almost 2 years ago and have no real life marketing experience, other than a bunch of graphic design stuff I did for my one job that could maybe be twisted as marketing.

I don’t know what to do. I can’t help but feel like I missed my chance to get a good job in my major and don’t know what the next step would even be. Is it too late? Should I pursue a masters degree or something? Any advice is appreciated. Or if I should post this in another sub where it would fit better. Thank you
