Waiting to hear back for an in person interview

So I had received a phone interview from HR, and it seemed like the phone call went well! They wanted me to come in and schedule a in person interview. However, because of distance and a conflict in scheduling, I told the person I couldn’t come in the next day, to which she said it was fine and I could schedule for Monday or Tuesday. I agreed and we ended the phone called with her telling me to expect something in my email in regards to scheduling. However, two days have passed and I’ve still have yet to receive the email. I’m worried that because I couldn’t go for the interview immediately that it damaged my chances of actually getting the interview and they had decided to move on. Am I overthinking it? What should I do?
