I work with two people who are best friends since college. They are in there 60s and I’m in my twenties. We are in charge of the grounds at the golf course where I work. Anyways ever since I started it had always been the two of them working together. While I am the guy that weed eats every single day. They both get to sit on a mower all day and mow or if they have to do anything else they do it together. If it’s me no matter what it is I have to do it by myself. Well I was weed eating last week (a big area) and noticed that they left in the company truck. I asked them where they went and they went to the store to grab a part. This is the fifth time this has happened. So I am pretty pissed off since I have been doing all this work while they are out running around together. I finally went and vented my frustration to my boss and my boss told me to just worry about my job and not about what they are doing. Hmmm ok I guess. Well as I was leaving I saw my coworkers talking to my boss. (Assuming about what I told my boss) and they said they would talk to me. What should I expect? What should I do if this turns into them yelling at me?
