Facebook followup interview.

I had an onsite interview with Facebook last week and the recruiter informed me that the hiring team had decided not to move forward with my application. However, the interviewers wanted to share my resume with another team that they thought I would be a great fit for. Now, I have a VC interview scheduled with the other team's hiring manager. The email just mentions that the manager would like to chat with me. Has anyone experienced this before? What should I expect in the interview? PS: The interview is for Program Manager
