How can I work two jobs?

I started a banquet job a month ago and I’m not getting a whole lot of hours. I’ll get about 20 a week which isn’t much. This job took me forever to get so it would be wise to just keep it. Some of the coworkers that I have talked to work second jobs and I thought about doing the same. I wonder how I’m supposed to find a second job if for every job they say that I have to work nights, weekends, and holidays. I’m planning on sticking to just weekends at my current job because that’s when we have all of our parties but how will I get another job if they ask me to work weekends at every job that I apply for? It’s ridiculous how everyone wants me to have such a flexible schedule and then offer me 20 hours or less a week.
