Negotiating first job after college, would asking for a salary increase and pushing back my start date be too much?

So I have two offers that I am trying to decide between. Basically the same job at each company and I think I meshed well with everyone I met/interviewed.

Company A:

Pays $2k more that company B

50% 401k matching after one year up to 6%

Company B:

Pays $2k less than Company A

100% 401k matching immediately up to 5%

5 extra sick days and 2 extra holidays

~$1k more in HSA contributions than what Company A offers.

I think I would like to work for Company A, but would be happy to work for Company B. My main gripe with Company A's offer is the 401k matching taking a year to kick in, while Company B would start matching immediately. This, combined with Company B's HSA contributions results in Company B actually paying ~$2k more than Company A in the first year.

I am also hoping to push my graduation date from Spring until Summer in order to take some more classes towards a certification. Would asking for a two month delay in starting and a ~5% increase in salary (or signing bonus) be too much of an ask for an entry level position? Would I be better off asking for one of the two requests?

I know start date will depend on each company's workload, Company A already said they are somewhat flexible, but I'm not sure if they are that flexible.

Thank you for an advice you can offer.
