What are your opinions to this? I just saw a recent opening in a small firm that I've applied to like 3-4 months back, and was able to reach the final interview before receiving a call from the director saying I am being rejected and that they are keeping my file in the folder for future openings.
Do firms really keep previous applicants file for further openings? Is there any kind of unspoken rule regarding reapplying to a company after being rejected by it? Is it still worth it to reapply for such role?
