I work for my family business and we are looking to re-brand before launching a full digital campaign. We have no creative folks on the team and our budget is super small so I had an idea to explore finding local young talent in local colleges or art schools to do our brand work. We know the look we want and goals we have for the work. It's a small project, relatively.

Has anyone hired a student to do brand work? Or hired someone in exchange for college credit?

Understand there is risk here but agnostic of that would love to understand thoughts and approach on this topic.
