Received new job offer but I'm suspicious of it

I received a nursing job offer for vaccine administration, but I'm a bit suspicious of the job offer because of the hiring process. I've always had to go in-person to interview, but everything is remote with this job offer. After completing a brief phone interview, I've been asked to use a few programs that are foreign to me complete the onboarding process. I've been asked to use Slack on google for communication (which looks just like discord?). I was told to make an account with Yoh so I can track my hours and setup direct deposit. I've never heard of Yoh before and I can't find too many reviews to confirm its legitimacy. Finally, I've been asked to complete a second section of my I-9 document verification remotely by having a family member of mine verify my documents? The Indeed reviews for this job make it seem like its legit, but I've never completed the onboarding process of a job remotely so I'm cautious about uploading and entering sensitive information to any of these sites. Does this sound normal to any of you or have any of you used Yoh? Thanks.
