I’m completely lost.

I am going to pour my thoughts here. I graduated with a biology degree from an university in the US last spring but I haven’t been able to find any good jobs that is related to my degree. Yes, I was offered a job but it paid so little and it was almost two hours commute outside of the city. So I just couldn’t accept it as it wasn’t worth it. I have tried to apply to entry level positions in biotech/pharmaceutical companies but they keep rejecting me. I have even applied to positions that are for associate degree holders in those companies and nope nothing. So I’m here thinking what can I do? I feel like the doors in front of me are all shut. I’m so lost.
