I've gotten past the final round with 8 companies in the past 6 months. Out of those, I've been rejected with 6 companies. I'm waiting for a decision from 2 companies. On average, these roles have 4 to 7 rounds of interviews, so making it to the final round is a big deal. What gives?!? How can I push through to getting an offer? Anyone else have this happen to them?!?
